Swedish Meatballs W/homemade Meatballs and Sauce Ingredients
1 c Homemade
white sauce
mix
1 Container meatballs made
2 c
Beef
broth
W/homemade meatball mix
1 c Fresh
mushroom
s -- finely
thawed
Chopped
1 pk
Egg
noodles -- 12 ounces OR
1/8 ts
Ground nutmeg
1 pk No yolk type noodles
Instructions for Swedish Meatballs W/homemade Meatballs and Sauce
In a large saucepan, combine white sauce mix and beef broth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Add mushrooms and nutmeg. Stir in meatballsand continue cooking until heated through. Meanwhile, prepare noodles according to package directions. Serve the Swedish meatballs in sauce over hot drained noodles.
