Sweet and Hot Chili Sauce Ingredients

Stephen Ceideburg	2 tb Rice Vinegar
2 sm Fresh Chilies, seeded and	4 tb To 5 tb Sugar
3 tb Soy Sauce	3 tb Nam Pla (Fish Sauce)
Juice of 2 Limes

Instructions for Sweet and Hot Chili Sauce

Put all ingredients into a saucepan. Mix well, then bring to a boil over high heat. Cook until mixture is reduced by half. Remove from heat. Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
