Sweet and Mild Salsa

Sweet and Mild Salsa Ingredients

4 c - tomatoes--peeled, then	1/4 c Red wine vinegar
2 c Yellow and/or red bell	1/4 c White wine, Chardonnay
1 c Fresh mild or medium	3/4 ts Salt
2 c Sweet onions, diced	1 ts Sweet basil flakes
1/4 c Garlic, roasted, peeled then	1/2 ts Ground allspice
2 c Tomatillos, pureed	1/2 c Cold water
1/4 c White granulated sugar	1/4 c Fresh cilantro, semi-loose

Instructions for Sweet and Mild Salsa
