Sweet and Pungent Beets Ingredients

2 c Cooked; sliced beets	2 tb Cider vinegar
1 tb Honey plus	Salt to taste
1 ts Honey

Instructions for Sweet and Pungent Beets

In small saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook over medium-low heat until heated through. Serve hot or refrigerate and serve cold. Use these in a tossed salad for added color and flavor. Makes 4 servings.
