Preparation

Beat eggs & sugar until fluffy & slightly thick. Add carrots & oil; blend well. Combine flour, cinnamon, soda & salt. Stir into egg mix. Pour into greased 13X9X2" baking pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until cake tests done. Cool in pan. Frost. Frosting: Blend 1 (3 oz) pack softened cream cheese & 1/4 cup softened butter.
