Sugar-Free, Fat-Free Muffins Ingredients
2 c
Flour
3/4 c
Apple
sauce
3 ts
Baking powder
; heaping
3/4 c
Pineapple
; crushed
1
Egg
Instructions for Sugar-Free, Fat-Free Muffins
DIRECTIONS: Mix egg, applesauce and pineapple. When thoroughly mixed, add to flour and baking powder. Add a little water if too stiff. Bake in muffin pans sprayed with vegetable spray for 20 min. at 350. Makes 12 muffins.
