Pecan Puffs Ingredients

1/2 c Butter 1 c Sifted flour
2 tb White sugar 1 ts Vanilla
1 c Chopped pecans

Instructions for Pecan Puffs

Cream butter, add sugar and vanilla. Add half flour, then pecans, and remainder of flour. Roll into balls. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Roll in icing sugar when hot and again when hold.
