Beef Oven Stew with Meatballs Ingredients

1 Beaten egg	2 sm Potatoes; peeled/quartered
2 tb Cornstarch	2 sm Carrots; sliced
2 ts Instant minced onion	1 sm Onion; quartered
1/2 ts Dry mustard	8 oz Tomatoes OR stewed tomatoes;
1/4 ts Chili powder	1 Beef bouillon cube
1/2 ts Salt	3 tb Water
8 oz Ground beef; (up to 10)

Instructions for Beef Oven Stew with Meatballs

Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine egg, cornstarch, instant minced onion, dry mustard, chili powder and salt. Add ground beef and mix well. Shape into 6-8 balls. Brown in Microwave on High for 6-7 minutes. Placei n 1 1/2 quart casserole. Add potatoes, carrots and onion. Mix together remaining ingredients and heat in Microwave. Pour over meat and vegetables.
