Beef Pastry Pockets Ingredients

3/4 lb Ground beef, browned, 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
Drained and cooled 1/2 ts Pepper
1 1/2 c Shredded cheddar cheese 1 ct Frozen puff pastry, thawed
3/4 c Cottage cheese And cut into 5" squares

Instructions for Beef Pastry Pockets

Combine filling ingredients. In center of squares, put a heaping 1/3 cupful of filling; moisten edges of pastry with water, fold over to form triangles; press with fork to seal.
