Beef Vegetable Barley Soup Ingredients

1 lb Beef stew meat; cut into 1" 8 Carrot; cut into 1" pieces
1 lg Onion; diced 3 cn Low sodium beef broth
3 Stalks celery; coarsely 1/2 c Barley
2 Cloves garlic; peeled 1/2 c Oats; steel cut
1 md Turnip; peeled and cubed 2 md Potato; cubed
1 c Water 1/2 ts Pepper

Instructions for Beef Vegetable Barley Soup
