Beer Sourdough Bread Ingredients

3 c White flour 1/2 tb Salt
1/4 c Gluten 1 tb Sugar
12 oz Sourdough starter 1/2 tb Yeast
1/4 c Warm water LOTS of fresh rosemary--at
1/2 c Beer; flat Tablespoons
1 tb Olive oil; optional

Instructions for Beer Sourdough Bread

Make dough in machine. Rise outside the machine in a warm place (see ?How to Make a Proofing Box). Bake at 375 for about 35 minutes.
