  • 1 tb Fennel seeds
  • 1 tb Mustard seeds
  • 1 tb Nigella seeds
  • 1 tb Fenugreek seeds

Preparation

Most will keep for 3 or 4 months. Mix together. These spices are usually used whole. Even if you have can get only some of these spices, the result will be fragrant and delicious. "Imitation maple" is genuine fenugreek.
