Benihanas Superb Salad Dressing Ingredients

1/2 c Soybean Oil	1/2 ts Ground Ginger
1/2 c White Vinegar	1/2 c Sliced Celery
3 tb MSG	1/4 c Coarsley chopped Onion
1/2 ts Salt

Instructions for Benihanas Superb Salad Dressing

Combine all ingredients in an electric blender. Mix at medium speed for 3-5 seconds until celery is finely grated. Add fressing to the salad and toss. Serves 6 to 8 people and makes 1 1/2 C. dressing. Posted to recipelu-digest by Sandy on Mar 18, 1998
