Bess Fergusons Apple Muffins Ingredients
1/4 c
Shortening
3 ts
Baking powder
1/2 c
Sugar
1/2 ts
Salt
1
Egg
1/4 ts
Cinnamon
1/4 ts
Vanilla
1/2 c
Milk
1 1/4 c Sifted all purpose
flour
1 c Chopped
apple

Instructions for Bess Fergusons Apple Muffins
Cream shortening, sugar, egg and vanilla until light and fluffy. Shift flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon together. Add to butter mixture with milk. Beat until smooth.
