Best Ever Banana Muffins #1 Ingredients

3 large Bananas 1 teaspoon Baking powder
3/4 cup Sugar 1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 large Egg 1 1/2 cup All purpose flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda 1/3 cup Melted butter

Instructions for Best Ever Banana Muffins #1

Preheat oven to 375F / 190C / Gas Mark 5

Mash bananas. Add sugar and slightly beaten egg and mix well. Add the melt butter. Make a well in the middle and add the dry ingredients. Bake for 20 min.

I also remember my mother used to add brown sugar to the tops of the muffins before baking. This made them crunchy on top, but I havent tried it myself.

This is a wonderful receipe that I use all the time (from the Muffin Mania cookbook). I add chopped walnuts for added flavour and crunch.

Super easy and yummy! Next time I'll try it with a browner bananas and nutmeg for a bit of a flavor boost.

This really is the best ever banana muffin I have ever made. I substitute 1/2 splenda for sugar for a lower suger diet and add 1/2 cup walnuts. Very nice texture and taste.

Stir lightly (muffin method) and bake. Wow. I will send you the particulars on the recipe book when I get it back from the friend who borrowed it after eating these muffins. At least, I hope to get it back.

These were really good. My very picky daughter even ate them. I stored them in tupperware, and they were just as good 3 days after I made them.

Everyone loved these. They were so moist and delicious. Watch them closely...mine were done in less than 20 minutes. I also added a teaspoon of vanilla.
