Steamed Baby Carrots Ingredients

16 Baby carrots, scraped 1/8 ts Nutmeg
1 ts Soy margarine

Instructions for Steamed Baby Carrots

Steam baby carrots in a saucepan with 1/4" of water until tender-crisp. Should take about 4 minutes. Drain & toss with the margarine & nutmeg.
