Penne with Grilled Salmon, Asparagus and Lemon Butter Ingredients

8 oz Penne 1/2 ts Fresh grated ginger
2 Salmon steaks; about 1/2 1 Garlic clove
1 ts Soy sauce 1 tb Fresh lemon juice
8 oz Asparagus; cut diagonal, the 1 tb Grated lemon zest
6 tb Butter

Instructions for Penne with Grilled Salmon, Asparagus and Lemon Butter

Cook pasta until al dente, about 12 minutes. Brush salmon with soy sauce on both sides. Grill or broil until almost cooked, about 3 minutes each side. Cool slightly and pull into flakes, discarding bones. Steam asparagus until crisp, tender, about 4 minutes. Drain pasta and melt butter in the large pot. Add ginger and garlic, saute 30 seconds.
