Bills Scallion and Dill Dip Ingredients

8 oz Cream cheese; softened 1 ds Garlic powder
1/2 c Sour cream Salt; to taste
1 tb Lemon juice Black pepper; to taste
1 Scallion (green onion); Milk; if needed
1 ts Dried dill

Instructions for Bills Scallion and Dill Dip

Blend all ingredients except milk thoroughly. If dip is too stiff, add small amounts of milk, mixing well after each addition, until desired consistency is obtained.
