Biscuit Mix (Bisquick-Alike) Ingredients

9 c Cake Flour, Sifted	2 tb Powdered Milk
1/3 c Baking Powder	4 ts Salt
1 c Powdered Milk	1 3/4 c Vegetable Shortening

Instructions for Biscuit Mix (Bisquick-Alike)

Sift all the dry ingredients together. Cut the shortening into the flour mixture until the mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Store, well covered, in a cool dry place.
