Stan Livingstons Tacos Ingredients

TACOS	3/4 c Water
1 lb Ground beef	12 Taco shells
1 Garlic clove; minced	GUACAMOLE
2 Tomatoes; diced	3 sm To medium avocados; dark
1 Onion; diced	2 Tomatoes
1 bn Cilantro; diced	1 Onion
1 Head lettuce; shredded	1 bn Cilantro
2 ts Cumin	1 Lime
1 ts Oregano; chili powder,	1 sm Can diced mild chilis
1 pn Ground red pepper	1 Jalapeno pepper
Olive oil	Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions for Stan Livingstons Tacos

Skin and pit avacados. Blend avacado "meat" with other ingredients. Brown ground beef. Drain beef fat. Stir in oil, water and spices. Simmer.
