Steak Caribbean Ingredients

1/3 c Fresh orange juice 1/2 ts Tabasco sauce
1/4 c Dry red wine 1/2 ts Turmeric
2 tb Vegetable oil 1/2 ts Ground ginger
1 tb Vinegar 1/2 ts Dry mustard
2 Crushed garlic cloves 3 lb London broil
1 1/2 ts Salt

Instructions for Steak Caribbean

Combine orange juice, wine, oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, Tabasco, turmeric, ginger & mustard; mix well. Place steak in a shallow flat dish; cover with marinade & marinate at room temperature 2 hours, turning occasionally. Remove steak from marinade; broil to desired doneness, basting with marinade.
