Here is my version of this Coffee Cake Recipe. I added almonds plus 4 tb of 'splenda' to the cake mix instead of the 2 tb of Sugar it called. Also, I added raisins to the strudel mix. I did not have a 9" pan so I used an 8" square pan to bake the coffee cake. UHMMM it was soooo good!

COFFEE CAKE


Preparation

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease 9" round pan. Mix Streusel Topping ingredients until crumbly; set aside. Stir coffee Cake ingredients until blended. Spread in pan; sprinkle with Streusel Topping.
