Black Bean Salsa Ingredients

2 cn (15-oz) black beans; or the 1 ts Dried parsley
1 cn (17-oz) whole kernel corn; 4 tb Lemon juice
3 Tomatoes; coarsely chopped 2 tb Olive oil
1 lg Avocado; peeled and 1 tb Red wine vinegar
1 lg Onion; chopped (can use 1 ts Salt
1/4 c Chopped fresh cilantro -or- 1/2 ts Pepper

Instructions for Black Bean Salsa
