Black Bean-Mango Salsa Ingredients

1 c Black beans; cooked 1/2 c Fresh lime juice
2 Whole mangos; peel, seed, 1/2 c Cilantro; chopped
1/2 Red bell pepper; diced 2 tb Ground cumin
1/2 Green bell pepper; diced 1 sm Jalapeno; or chile of
1/2 Red onion; diced Salt and pepper; to taste
3/4 c Pineapple juice
