Black Bean-Mango Salsa Ingredients

1 c Black beans, cooked 1/2 c Fresh lime juice
2 Whole mangos, chopped 1/2 c Cilantro, chopped
1/2 Red bell pepper diced 2 tb Ons, ground cumin
1/2 Green bell pepper, diced 1 sm Jalapeno, or chile of choice
1/2 Red onion, diced Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c Pineapple juice

Instructions for Black Bean-Mango Salsa

Throw the whole mess together, let flavors combine for at least and hour. If mangos arent too ripe, this can last for up to 4 days covered in the fridge.
