Pepper Steak--Old Bay Seasoning Version Ingredients

1 lb Round steak; cut in thin	1 ts Salt
1 c Sliced green pepper	2 tb Soy sauce
1 c Sliced onion	1 tb Corn starch
1/2 c Coarsely chopped celery	1 c Water
1 c Sliced mushrooms	1 1/2 ts Baltimore Spice Old Bay
2 tb Butter or margarine

Instructions for Pepper Steak--Old Bay Seasoning Version

In skillet, brown round steak slightly in butter or margarine. Add vegetables, salt and Baltimore Spice Old Bay Seasoning. Stir fry about 5 minutes. Mix corn starch with water and soy sauce. Pour over vegetables. Stir until sauce is thick and slightly transparent. Serve over rice.
