Black Coffee Barbecue Sauce Ingredients

1/2 c Very strong black coffee; 2 tb Dark molasses
1 c Ketchup 3 Fresh hot chili peppers;
1/4 c Red wine vinegar 2 tb Hot dry mustard mixed with 1
3/4 c Firmly packed dark brown 2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 Onion; peeled and chopped, 2 tb Ground cumin
2 Cloves garlic; peeled and 2 tb Chili powder

Instructions for Black Coffee Barbecue Sauce

Got this from Food TV tonight....looks pretty good. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Cool, then puree in a blender or food processor until smooth.
