Red Cabbage with Apricots Ingredients
2 1/2 lb Red
cabbage
; slice thin
2 tb
Lemon
juice
1 c Dried
apricot
s; chopped
1/2 c Dry
red wine
1/4 c
Honey
Salt
Instructions for Red Cabbage with Apricots
In a 4 quart or larger crock pot, combine cabbage and apricots. In a small bowl, mix honey and juice; drizzle over cabbage mixture. Pour in wine. Cover crock pot and cook LOW until cabbage is very tender (5 1/2-6 1/2 hours. ) Season to taste with salt. Posted to recipelu-digest Volume 01 Number 404 by James and Susan Kirkland
