Red Cabbage with Beer Ingredients

10 sl Bacon 1 pn Nutmeg
2 Onions; chopped 1/2 c Beer
2 Green apples; peeled, cored, Salt & pepper; to taste
1 sm Red cabbage; shredded 1 Fry the bacon. Remove when c
1 tb Red currant jelly
