Red Enchilada Casserole Ingredients

1 1/2 lg Onions; chopped 2 Dozen corn tortillas
Butter 3 c Shredded pasteurized process
3 cn (14-oz) Old El Paso Red 1 pt Heavy cream
1 ts Sugar 3 Eggs; beaten
Salt

Instructions for Red Enchilada Casserole

http://www.EBICom.Net/~howle/ Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook onions in butter; add red enchilada sauce. Bring to a boil; add sugar and pinch of salt. Arrange tortillas, cheese, heavy cream and sauce in layers in 3-quart casserole. Repeat several times. Pour eggs over last layer and bake 1 hour. Serve immediately.
