Red Velvet Cake (10) Ingredients

Sugar
1 ts
Vinegar

Eggs
1 Red (5/8 oz.)
food coloring
2 1/2 c Cake
flour
ICING
1 1/2 c
Cooking oil
1 Box
powdered sugar
1 c
Buttermilk
1 pk (8 oz)
cream cheese
1 ts
Vanilla
1 Stick
margarine
1 ts Soda
Instructions for Red Velvet Cake (10)
Beat eggs, Sugar, oil and vinegar together. Sift cake flour and soda together-aid to mixture. Add milk slowly. Add flavoring and food coloring. Bake 25 min. at 350. MAKES 3 LAYERS. ICING: Allow cheese and butter to soften,, Cream sugar, cheese and butter together.
