Black Skillet Beef with Greens and Red Potatoes Ingredients

1 lb Beef Top Round Hot & Spicy Seasoning
1 1/2 tb Hot & Spicy Seasoning (See 1/4 c Paprika
Vegetable Oil Spray 2 tb Dried Oregano
8 Red-Skined Potatoes; halved 2 ts Chili Powder
2 c Onion; finely chopped 1 ts Garlic Powder
2 c Beef Broth 1 ts Black Pepper
2 lg Garlic Cloves; minced 1/2 ts Cayenne Pepper
2 lg Carrot; Peeled,Cut Into Thin 1/2 ts Dry Mustard
2 bn (1 Pound Total) Mustard

Instructions for Black Skillet Beef with Greens and Red Potatoes

Partially freeze beef. Thinly slice, across the grain, into long strips 1/8 inch thick. Thouroughly coat with Hot & Spicy Seasoning. Spray a large skillet (cast iron is good) with vegetable spray. Preheat pan over high heat. Add meat; cook, stirring, for 5 minutes. Add potatoes, onions, broth and garlic. Cook, covered, over medium heat for 20 minutes. Stir in carrots.
