Blue Cheese Potatoes Au Gratin Ingredients

4 lg Potatoes (2 1/2 lbs) peeled 1/2 ts Salt
And 1/4 ts Pepper
Sliced 1/4" thick 1/8 ts Nutmeg
1 c Heavy cream 6 oz Blue cheese
1 c Milk 2 sl White bread, coarsely
2 tb Garlic, finely chopped Crumbled

Instructions for Blue Cheese Potatoes Au Gratin

Combine potatoes, cream, milk, garlic, spices and 1/2 cheese. Simmer 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put in an 8" square buttered baking dish and top with cheese and bread crumbs.
