Rellenos Sauce Ingredients

1 Onion, small minced	2 c Tomato sauce
1 Garlic clove, minced	1/4 ts Sugar
1 tb Olive oil	1 ts Tabasco sauce

Instructions for Rellenos Sauce

In skillet heat oil. Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is tender. Add tomato sauce, sugar, tobasco sauce and salt to taste. Simmer about 10 minutes. Set aside. See Chilies Rellenos.
