Remoulade Mayonnaise Ingredients

1 c Prepared mayonnaise 2 ts Whole-grain mustard
1 Scallion; (3 inches of green 1 ts Tarragon vinegar
2 ts Tiny capers; chopped 1/4 ts Tabasco sauce
1 tb Flat leaf parsley; (chopped) Salt and freshly ground
1 tb Dijon-style mustard Black pepper; to taste

Instructions for Remoulade Mayonnaise

Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate, covered, until time to use. Makes 1 1/4 cups. Per 1 tablespoon: 82 calories, .3g carbohydrates, .2g protein, 9g fat, 6 mg cholesterol This is a lovely dipping sauce to make fresh. Its similar to tartar sauce but with the spices of Louisiana.
