Reuben Dip Ingredients

3 oz Cream cheese 1/4 c Chopped and drained
1/4 c Sour cream 3 tb Milk
4 oz Sliced corned beef, Rye crackers for dipping
1/2 c Grated Swiss cheese

Instructions for Reuben Dip

Heat cream cheese, sour cream, corned beef, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut in small sauce pan over low heat until hot, thin with milk if necessary. Serve with rye crackers. Per serving: 95 calories, 7 grams fat, 27 milligrams cholesterol, 198 milligrams sodium.
