Peppery Dry Rub Ingredients

2 c Coarsely cracked black 2 tb Red pepper flakes; (up to 4)
1/4 c Coarsely cracked white 1/4 c Light brown sugar; packed
2 tb Ground coriander 1/2 c Salt

Instructions for Peppery Dry Rub
