Boar Spareribs with Sauerkraut Ingredients

Sauerkraut 2 Apples, sliced
3 sl Bacon, diced Boar ribs

Instructions for Boar Spareribs with Sauerkraut

Cover bottom of roasting pan with sauerkraut. Place over it 3 strips of bacon, diced, 2 apples, sliced. Place boar ribs on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
