Peppery Sauteed Shredded Cabbage (Tabasco) Ingredients

4 tb Butter or margarine 1 ts Salt
3 c Shredded green cabbage 3/4 ts TABASCO pepper sauce
3 c Shredded red cabbage 1/4 ts Cracked black pepper
1 md Onion; diced

Instructions for Peppery Sauteed Shredded Cabbage (Tabasco)

In 12-inch skillet, over medium heat, melt butter. Add green and red cabbage, onion, salt, TABASCO sauce and black pepper; cook 10-15 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
