Ribbon Meatloaf Ingredients

MEATLOAF1/4 ts Celery salt
3 sl Soft bread; torn-small 1/4 ts Garlic salt
1 c Milk 1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 lb Ground beef or veal CHEESE FILLING
1/2 lb Ground lean pork 1 Egg white; slightly beaten
1 Egg yolk 1 tb Water
1/4 c Minced onion 2 sl Soft bread; torn into pieces
1/4 ts Pepper 4 oz Shredded or crumbled cheese
1/4 ts Dry mustard

Instructions for Ribbon Meatloaf

CHEESE FILLING: Combine egg white and water; toss lightly with bread crumbs and cheese. MEATLOAF: Heat oven to 350F degrees. Stir together bread and milk; mix in remaining ingredients except filling. Pat one half of meat mixture in greased loaf pan 9x9x3". Cover with cheese filling. Top with remaining meat mixture. Bake 1 hour 30 minutes.
