Rice and Beef Oriental Ingredients

3/4 lb Flank steak, cut into thin 1 1/2 c Water
Strips 2 tb Dry sherry
2 tb Oil 1 tb Soy sauce
1 1/2 c Broccoli florets Beef and Onions Flavor
1/2 c Scallions,cut diagonally Seasoning
Into 1" pieces 1 1/2 c Rice
1/2 c Diced red pepper

Instructions for Rice and Beef Oriental

Saute beef in oil in large skillet until browned,about 3 to 5 minutes.Add vegetables and stir fry 2 minutes.Add water,sherry,soy sauce and seasoning mix.Bring to a full boil.Stir in rice.Cover; remove from heat.Let stand 5 minutes.Fluff with a fork.Makes 4 servings
