Rice Crust Pizza with Kielbasa Ingredients

3 c Long-grain rice; cooked and 1 c Pizza squeeze sauce
1 tb Olive oil 1 c Fresh mushrooms; sliced
2 Egg whites; lightly beaten 1/4 lb Reduced fat Polish Kielbasa;
1/4 c Parmesan cheese 3/4 c Mozzarella cheese; part skim
Vegetable cooking spray

Instructions for Rice Crust Pizza with Kielbasa

From: Barbara Schmidt Date: Sun, 7 Jul 1996 16:33:11 -0700 Recipe By: bjs Combine rice, oil, egg whites, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl; mix well. Press evenly on a sprayed pizza pan. Bake at 400F for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread pizza sauce over prepared crust and top with mushrooms. Sprinkle with chopped kielbasa followed by mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Serves 6. Calories per slice 372.6, 9.0 fat grams, 21.7 % fat.
