Rice Latkes Ingredients

2 c Brown or white rice, cooked	2 tb Sugar
2 Eggs, well beaten	Generous pinch of cinnamon
3 tb Wheat germ or whole wheat	Oil, for frying

Instructions for Rice Latkes
