Vanilla

Butter

Cinnamon

Instructions for Rice Pudding #06

Boil water, rice & salt for 7 min. Add milk, butter and cinnamon stick and cook on low heat for 1 1/4 hours. Remove from heat, add eggs, sugar, raisins & vanilla. Cook a minute and take off stove and cool. Pudding will thicken as it cools. Serving Ideas : serve with cinnamon & cream if desired.
