Boervors (Farmers Sausage) Ingredients

10 lb Beef 2 tb Ground cloves
5 lb Pork or mutton fat; (Sheep 2 tb Allspice
2 tb Coriander seed ground 2 tb Pepper
1/2 Grated nutmeg 2 tb Chile powder or to taste *
4 tb Salt

Instructions for Boervors (Farmers Sausage)

* Added to the original recipe. Mince beef and cut fat into small cubes. Mix all ingredients well. Cover for one hour. Fill large size skins (casings) and tie ends.
