Bohemian Stew Ingredients

2 1/2 lb Beef stew meat 1 c Diced potatoes
2 c Chopped carrots 2 Bay leaves
2 c Chopped celery 1/2 c Frozen peas
3 Onions, cut up 1 tb Salt
3 tb Tapioca 1/2 ts Pepper
1 tb Sugar 3/4 c Hot water
1 cn Tomatoes (28 oz size)

Instructions for Bohemian Stew

Combine all ingredients into heavy cookware. Bake covered at 250 degrees F for five hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with dumplings or boiled potatoes or buttered noodles.
