Booze Balls Ingredients
1 Box
vanilla
wafers
1/2 To 1 cup chopped
walnut
s
3 tb
Karo syrup
1/2 c Booze (bourbon, rum, etc)
Instructions for Booze Balls
Pulverize the vanilla wafers (food processor with metal blade does a fine job). Blend in the cocoa & nuts, then add the syrup & booze. Adjust the amount of booze to reach a rather stiff consistency dough. Make small balls, approx 1" in dia, & roll in powdered sugar & place in a covered container, keeping all containers/bowls covered at all times. (I use a clean 1 lb coffee can with its plastic lid to hold the balls) After all the balls are rolled & placed in the sealed containers, let the container set out over night, then place in the refrigerator until you are ready to enjoy. Always keep the container sealed. You dont want to lose any alcohol. File ftp://ftp.idiscover.co.uk/pub/food/mealmaster/recipes/mmkah001.zip
