Bourbon Barbecue (Grilled) Chicken Ingredients

2 lb Boneless skinless chicken	1/2 c Molasses
1/2 c Chopped onion	1/2 c Catsup
2 Cloves garlic; minced	1 tb Steak sauce
1 tb Olive oil	1/4 ts Dry mustard
2 ts Orange zest	Salt and freshly ground
1/3 c Orange juice	Tobasco; to taste
1 tb Wine vinegar; (balsamic is	1 ts Chili powder
1/3 c Bourbon whiskey	1 pn Cloves

She has many great recipes for low- fat smoking and grilling as well as other food types. Mix all ingredients other than chicken well. Marinate chicken 4 hours. Remove from marinade and grill, basting with marinade frequently.
