Bourbon Cream Ingredients

2 c Heavy cream

1 tb Bourbon

Instructions for Bourbon Cream

In a large bowl whip the cream and sugar with an electric beater until thick. Beat in the bourbon and continue to beat until soft peaks form. Serve immediately. This recipe yields 3 cups.
