Ritz Pie Ingredients

3 Egg whites, beaten until	1/2 c Walnuts, or pecans
1 c Sugar	19 Ritz crackers, crushed fine
1/2 ts Baking powder	1/2 pt Heavy cream, whipped
1/2 ts Vanilla

Instructions for Ritz Pie

Grease pie tin. Set stiff egg whites aside. Mix together sugar, baking powder, vanilla, nuts and crackers. Fold in egg whites to mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
